1. Scope
This policy applies to the Merge Enterprise app on Google Play and to the web version (https://mergeenterprise.pages.dev). Copies distributed through other game portals are also subject to that portal’s policy.
2. Game progress and on-device storage
The following is stored on your device only:
- factory boards and mission progress
- coins, gems and items
- growth level, daily check-in, task and collection records
- tutorial and guide progress
- language and sound settings
- a game error log
The app uses its own app storage; the web version uses browser storage (localStorage). This data is never sent to a server, and we cannot see it.
Coins and gems are in-game currencies only. They cannot be exchanged for money, and there is no payment feature. No sign-up, login, real name or contact details are required.
3. Ads, analytics and servers
The current release contains no advertising SDK, no analytics, no game server, no leaderboard and no payments. The app ships with its game files inside, so it runs without an internet connection. Before releasing a build that adds ads, analytics or payments, we will update this policy and the store disclosures first.
4. Device features and permissions
The app requests no permission other than internet access. It does not access location, contacts, photos, the camera or the microphone. The privacy policy link in Settings opens in your device’s browser.
5. Purpose and your choices
On-device storage exists only so you can continue your game. You can change language and sound in Settings. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app deletes all saved progress. For the web version, clearing the site’s data in your browser deletes it.
6. Service providers and processing locations

7. Retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. We do not keep any game progress data. Contact emails are deleted within 30 days after the inquiry is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
8. Your rights and children
You may exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent under applicable law. Send requests to the email above; we respond within the legal time limits. In Korea you may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.
The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
9. Safeguards and changes
The game does not collect or sell personal information. If features or processing change, we will update this policy and any required store disclosures, and notify you of significant changes as required by law.
