1. Scope

This policy applies to the Prism Breaker app on Google Play and the web version (https://prismbreaker.pages.dev). Builds published on other game portals are also subject to that portal’s policy.

2. Game progress and device storage

Stage progress, stars, coins and items, a stage in progress, seen tips and cutscenes, and language and sound settings are stored on your device — in the app’s own web storage (localStorage) in the app, and in browser localStorage on the web. This data is never sent to a server and the operator cannot see it.

Coins are in-game currency with no cash value and there are no purchases. No account, login, real name or contact details are needed.

3. Ads, analytics and servers

The current build contains no ad SDK, no analytics, no server of our own, no leaderboard and no payments. The game files ship inside the app, so it runs offline. If ads or analytics are added, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated before that build is released.

4. Sharing and device features

Tapping “Share” on the result screen hands a short result text to your device’s share sheet. You choose where it goes, and what you share follows that app’s policy. Haptics work on the device only. The app requests no permissions other than Internet and vibration (haptics) and does not access location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

5. Purposes and your choices

Device storage exists to keep your progress. Language and sound can be changed in Settings; clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app deletes all saved progress.

7. Retention and deletion

Device data stays until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. The operator keeps no game progress data. Contact emails are deleted within 30 days after the inquiry is resolved, unless the law requires longer retention.

8. Your rights and children

You may exercise the rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and withdrawal of consent under applicable law by emailing us; we respond within the statutory period. In Korea you may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.

The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

9. Safeguards and changes

The game does not collect or sell personal information. When features or processing change we update this policy and the required store disclosures, and notify important changes as required by law.
